- Earned Value Analysis (EVA) - data analysis method to evaluate performance against the performance measurement baseline (scope, schedule, cost baselines)

Formulas for Earned Value Analysis

Выучить хотя бы SV, CV, CPI, SPI и понимать их
- EV comes first во всех формулах
- Variance means subtract
- Index means division
- If the formula relates to cost, use AC
- If the formula relates to schedule, use PV
- For variances interpretation: Negative is bad :( and positive is good :)
- For indices interpretation: Greater than one is good :) and less than one is bad :(. This only applies to CPI&SPI ! The opposite is true for TCPI !

- Fixed costs - do not change as production changes
