  • Compliance . Среди десятков видов compliance, нужно выделить группы:
    • Governmental Regulations and Societal Norm Compliance - регуляторка (любые виды) и социальные практики (дресс-код например) ВНЕ организации
    • Organizational Governance Compliance - rules and guidance within the orga, включая PMO rules, Project governance rules, etc.
  • Transitional Change - в скоупе проекта д.б. помощь юзерам в переходе из current во future state, которое делает проект (e.g. тренинги, коммуникации для нового ПО)
  • Value Chain - systematic series of steps that go into the creation of a delivered product. E.g. - homemade apple pie
  • Value Stream Mapping (lean concept) - a team visualizes, discusses and analyzes all steps in a product delivery process in order to eleminate waste and gain efficiencies in that process

  • Team - as a servant leader - creating and ensuring a collaborative and safe team environment
  • Stakeholders - how SH engagement is managed
  • Value - в течение проекта ensure that the proj is aligned with the orga’s business objectives
  • System Thinking - constant proactive response to a system’s dynamic and changing circumstances
  • Leadership - practicing servant leadership, fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Tailoring - подстраиваем под конкретный проект
  • Quality - ensure the product meets req (список quality - отдельная карточка)
  • Risk - evaluate, plan response, execute
  • Adaptability and resiliency - build in the project and help to build in the orga
  • Enable change to achieve the envisioned future state - by preparing the SH impacted by the proj. Can be done by building effective transitions as a part of proj closing activities

You may see one of these model names as an answer choice in an exam question

  • ADKAR Model - Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement - каждый человек проходит при адаптации к изменению.
  • 8-Step Process for Leading Change - top-down approach for the management of medium- to large- orgas. Создаем энтузиазм, коммуницируя видение сверху
  • Virginia Satir Change Model - перед тем, как всё станет лучше, всё сначала становится хуже. Но в конце концов будет лучше with clear communication and support
  • Transition Model - люди постепенно признают изменения, проходя через стадии (1) ending, losing, letting go (2) neutral zone (3) the new beginning
