Social norms
rules that regulate social life, explicit laws and implicit cultural conventions.
Social roles
a given social position that is governed by a set of norms for proper behavior.
Culture
A program of shared by most members of that community.
Milgram obedience experiments

Hearing something repeatedly until it is perceived positively.
