A

• A type of performance feedback in which the internal stimulation is generated from movement, and that is referred as proprioceptive feedback. These are the internal sensations generated by the position and movement of the body in space, and by the position and movement of the parts of the body with respect to other parts.
Example- Boxer easily dodging uppercut punch throws by the opponent.

• External informational feedback, which is a judgment, provided to an athlete about the quality of performance that the athlete has just displayed. This type of feedback is often provided to athletes by coaches or judges or timers.
Example- A sprinter will only come to know how fast he ran a 200-meter race when the time is posted.

• Answer- Recruitment of positive feedback is a strategy to improve performance that involves an individual emitting a desirable behavior, and telling someone about it in order to receive positive feedback.
o Example- A kid who trains karate currently having white belt, asks the master to rate his performance in training session and also tells the master about the kick he thought he really did well during the training session.
