A
  1. the organization must be club
  2. the club must be organized for pleasure, recreation, or other nonprofitable purposes
  3. substantially all club activities must be for pleasure, recreational, pr non-profitable purposes
  4. no part of the net earning of a club may inure to the benefit of any private shareholder
  5. at no time during the tax year can the charter, bylaws, or other governing instrument of the club contain a provision that discriminates against any person on the basis of race, color, or religion
