A

The precepts of the Church are mass, confession, Easter, Fast and tithe. We are required to attend mass on sundays and holy days, go to confession at least once a year, and receive the Eucharist at Easter. We are also required to observe all days of fast and abstinence, as well as provide for the needs of the church.

A

We get sanctifying grace from the sacraments. We get actual grace from God in every moment to chose good and avoid evil.
