Is a process that is predicated on a manager’s ability to use his influence productively

Behaviour in a group implies that the team members are establishing mutually agreed-upon practices and attitudes.
Outcomes
Tasks and goals performance is what projects outcomes
Performing stages
The actual work of the project is done
Principled negotiations
the art of getting agreement with the other party while maintaining a principled. win-win attitude
Storming
Refers to the natural reaction’s members have to the initial ground rules.
Team building
Creating a bond within the team through activities which the whole team participates in to build relationships.
Trust
The teams comfort level with each individual member
Virtual Teams
Sometimes called geographically dispersed teams, involve the use of electronic media. EX: zoom, Ms Teams or emails etc.
