Culture
The unwritten rules of behaviour , or norms to shape and guide behaviour
External environment
Consists of all forces or groups outside the organization that have potential to affect the organization
Functional structure
Grouping people performing similar activities into departments.
Matrix organization
Dual hierarchy in which functions and projects have equal prominence
Matrix structure
Combination of functional and project activities, seeks balance.
Objectives
Something toward which work is to be directed, a strategic position to be attained
Organizational culture
the collective or shared learning of a group
Organizational structure
An organizational structure is either centralized or decentralized. Traditionally, organizations have been structured with centralized leadership and a defined chain of command.

Centralized unit within an organization or department that oversees or improves the management process.

A stakeholder analysis is a process of identifying these people before the project begins; grouping them according to their levels of participation, interest, and influence in the project; and determining how best to involve and communicate each of these stakeholder groups throughout
