What makes an infinitive?

A

verb stem + infinitive ending (ar/er/ir) = infinitive

Examples:
cant + ar = cantar
com + er = comer
viv + ir = vivir

A

A verb is considered regular if there is no change in the stem when it is conjugated.

A

A

By inverting the subject and the verb

by rising intonation, without changing the word order
