process color
colors your create by mixing varying percents of CMYK inks

tint
a lighter version of a color
unnamed color
colors you create that aren’t saved to the Swatches panel
spot color
non-process inks manufactured by companies. special pre-mixed inks printed separately from process inks.
gradient
graduated between 2+ colors to fill an object from begin to end points
color stop
colors you add to a gradient between start and end colors
radial gradient
series of concentric circles… starting in center and radiates to end color
linear gradient
graident that can fill an object from left to right, top to bottom, or any angle. a series of straight lines that gradate from one color to another or through multiple colors.
