To be Human?
We cannot know man apart from reference to God.
Anthropological Monism

Us as his Image bearers
We represent God on earth as his Governors of Creation
Our image is our relationship to God, we need reason and conscience
Theology of the Body
We love as the body-soul unite
Our Office
Prophet, Priest and King
As prophet, man explains God & proclaims his excellence; as priest, he consecrates all that is created to God as a holy offering; as king, he guides & governs all things in justice & rectitude.
Imago dei
The image of God is not something in us that is semi-divine but something between us and God that constitutes a covenantal relationship.
Modified Monism
the psychosomatic (soul-body) unity of human beings.
