A clothing allowance is paid quarterly to all sworn personnel, regardless of assignment for uniform maintenance. To qualify for the entire clothing allowance, personnel must work a minimum of 80 hours per month for the entire quarter. The clothing allowance will be reduced by 1/3 for each month an officer failed to work at least 80 hours
