- (2) submits or invites reliance on any writing which he knows to be forged, altered or otherwise lacking in authenticity; or
- (3) submits or invites reliance on any sample, specimen, map, boundary mark, or other object which he knows to be false.
4904(a): Unsworn Falsification to Authorities

**additional penalty: $1,000 fine
- (1) knowingly makes a false entry in, or false alteration of, any record, document or thing belonging to, or received or kept by, the government for information or record, or required by law to be kept by others for information of the government;
- (2) makes, presents or uses any record, document or thing knowing it to be false, and with intent that it be taken as a genuine part of information or records referred to in paragraph (1) of this subsection; or
- (3) intentionally and unlawfully destroys, conceals, removes or otherwise impairs the verity or availability of any such record, document or thing.

Individual subject to registration under 42 Pa. C.S. 9795 (registration of certian offenders) fails to:
- Register w/ PSP as required
- Verify his residence or be photographed as required
- Provide accurate information when registering
Offernders Required to Register for 15 years:
- violation of (1) or (2)= F.3
- violation of (1) or (2) w/ previous conviction violating (1) or (2)= F.2
- violation of (3)= F.2
Offenders Required to Register for 25yrs/Life:
- violation of (1) or (2)= F.2
- violation of (1) or (2) w/ previous conviction violating (1) or (2)= F.1
- violation of (3)= F.1
Failing to comply with a “counseling requirement”= M.1
***arrest w/o warrant is permitted based upon P.C.
Intent to obstruct, impede, impair, prevent, or interfere with the administration of criminal justice, he intimidates/attempts to intimidate any witness/victim
4952: Intimidation of Witness/Victim

- Offers any pecuniary benefit
- Actor acts in furtherance of a conspiracy
- Actor has a prior conviction for Witness Intimidation
F.1= if the most serious crime he sought to intimidate was an F1
F.2= if the most serious crime he sought to intimidate was an F2
F.3= all other crimes where the above applies
