First Degree Murder: (First degree murder of an unborn child, murder of a law enforcement officer of the first degree, murder of the first degree) UNDER 18 AT TIME OF CRIME

  • 15yrs or older: Life Imprisonment w/o parole, or a term not less than 35yrs to life
  • Under 15yrs: Life imprisonment w/o parole, or a term not less than 25yrs to life

Second Degree Murder: UNDER 18 AT TIME OF CRIME

  • 15yrs or older: Term not less than 30yrs to life
  • Under 15yrs: Term not less than 20yrs to life
