2502: MURDER OFFENSES

A

Murder 1= criminal homicide committed by an intentional killing

  • Intentional Killing= killing by means of poison, by lying in wait, or by any other kind of willful, deliberate and premeditated killing

Murder 2= criminal homicide committed while engaged as a principal or accomplice in the perpetration of a felony

  • 1) robbery; 2) rape; 3) deviate sexual intercourse by force/threat of; 4) arson; 5) burglary; or 6) kidnapping

Murder 3= All other types of murder; Murder 3 is an F.1
