Aggressive: behaves as if he only has worth and you don’t, belittles you.

Passively Aggressive: indirect or passive expression of hostility.

Destructive: any behaviour which is destructive of property, self-esteem, or physically.

Assertive: being able to be clear, direct and non-judgemental
