Controlling-direct and dominant: high concern for resuls, low concern for others. Highly trained and organized, experienced, qualified to lead the team to success.
Accommodating-yield and comply: low concern for results and high concern for people. Opposite of controlling.
Status Quo-balance and compromise: doesnt value one over the other. Play it safe, stay within norms, consequences not worth he risk. Underestimates people, results and change
Sound-contribute and commit: sees no contradiction in demonstration a high level of concern for both. No need to restrain, control, or diminish the concerns of people. Based on whats right rather than whos right. Preferred candidate for officer.
