- the parts of the mass that are sung rather than said
- include the alleluia, the Sanctus and the Gloria

- the son became human out of love (for out sake, he was crucified under Pontus Pilate)

- ‘god created the heavens and the earth’ God in this context is referring to the father
- ‘wind from god’ the Holy Spirit
- god created the world with the power of his Word, Christian’s interpret this as a reference to the son
