Q

How does one tailor their message to their audience?

A

Picture the audience in question in your mind as you write. Consider what they are expected to know or not know at the start of the meeting.

Supplying too little or too basic information is demeaning and leaves the audience bored. Supplying too much information is also demeaning and leaves the audience confused.
