- Rapidly evolving motor paresis, paralysis, and sensory deficits
- “Ground to Brain”
- Maximal weakness in 2-4 weeks, but spend months recovering

A
- Autoimmune disorder at neuromuscular junction and motor endplate.
- Fluctuating weakness and fatigability of skeletal muscles
- Diplopia and ptosis
- Chewing meat produces fatigue
- Sensation and DTRs intact

Complex Regional Pain Syndrome
A
- Pain greater than expected for the degree of injury
- Pain spread from local to regional distribution
- Spontaneous burning sensations with an intensity that does not match stimulus
