Sign: diminished consciousness or unconsciousness that lasts seconds to minutes, headache, tinnitus, nausea, irritability, confusion, disorientation, dizziness, post traumatic amnesia, retrograde amnesia, concentration difficulty, blurred vision, photophobia, sleep disturbances.
