A

They thought that once again they were being suppressed.

A

A

The Colonies were no longer buying tea because they were rebelling against the tax on tea.

A

American people complaining and calling for a Continental Congress in Philadelphia. They weren’t calling for independence but they wanted to repeal Parliamentary taxation. (They wanted to keep the Navy and Army protection without paying.)

A

A

A

The British fired shots killing 8 Americans; it is unknown who fired the first shot.

A

They suffered about 300 casualties and about 70 were killed by Americans harassing fire the entire way back.
