You eat most servings of food from the bottom of the pyramid and eat small quanitites of the foods from the top of the pyramid.

Mass divided by height to the power of two

Is a diet that is not balanced

A disease is a condition that affects an organism’s ability to work normally.
Deficieny disease
Diseases caused by a lack of a particular nutrients are called Deificiency disease.
