Helps maintain steady heartbeat; needed for muscle contractions.

Balances fluids in the body.
What does Sulfur (Microminerals) do?
Needed for healthy hair, skin and nails.
What does Iron (Trace Minerals) do?
Helps hemoglobin in red blood cells carry oxygen throughout the body.

Helps form bones.
What does Copper (Trace Minerals) do?
Helps make red blood cells.

Part of thyroid hormone, which helps set body temperature and influences nerve and muscle function, reproduction and growth.
