A

The extracellular fluid lost through excessive sweating comes from your blood plasma ( mostly). So you lose plasma volume when you sweat.

How does iron deficiency anemia affect the body’s capacity to exercise?

A

low iron impairs the body’s ability to transport oxygen and process it in energy transfer reactions.

Symptoms: loss of appetite, slugishness.

Review: Iron are important part of the hemoglobins on RBC where oxygen sticks to. Each hemogloblin has 4 iron sites ( need to verify this)
