a person or organization that has a vested interest in your project.
Stakeholder
recipient of the product or service created by the project. Also considered a stakeholder.
Customer/client
usually an executive in the organization who has the authority to assign money and resources to the project.
Project Sponsor
assists the project manager in all aspects of the project including administrative functions.
Coordinator
responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule, communicating the timelines and due dates, reporting scheduling performance, and communicating any scheduling changes to stakeholders and project team members.
Scheduler
experts who will be performing the work associated with the project
Project Team Members
the place that manages projects and programs. Provide guidance to managers, maintain standards, processes, procedures, and templates related to the management of projects.
Project Management Office PMO
documents, templates, agendas, diagrams, and other work products used in managing the project.
Artifacts
includes the approved schedule, cost, scope, and quality plans and documents
Project Baseline
someone who understands the goals of the project and serves as a voice of enthusiasm throughout the organization regarding the benefits of the project.
