Genomics

A U.S. federal designation for those populations that face economic barriers or cultural and/or linguistic access barriers to primary medical care services.

Three common chronic illnesses of homeless people (mental illness, chronic physical illness, and substance addiction)
Trimorbidity
A subgroup of the population that has a higher risk of developing health problems due to a greater exposure to health risk because of marginalization in sociocultural status, access to economic resources, age, or gender.
Under-served population
Social groups who have an increased risk or susceptibility to adverse health outcomes.
