Any behaviour that does not cause harm to any person.

How would you diagnose someone with a paraphilic disorder?
Using the DSM. Criterion A describes the paraphilias and criterion B specifies the negative consequences of such a behavior. Criterion A and B must exist together to diagnose.
What two main categories can paraphilias be divided into?
Paraphilias with consenting partners and paraphilia disorders with nonconsenting partners and which are against the law.
Fetishistic Disorder
Persistent and repetitive use and dependence on nonliving objects or a specific body part. Must cause significant personal distress to classify as a disorder.
Transvestic disorder
Individuals who find cross-dressing sexually arousing under emotionally distressed by this pattern.
What population is usually diagnosed with transvestic disorder?
Men who are usually well educated and married.
BDSM
Bondage, discipline, domination and submission
Sexual sadism disorder
Santos get pleasure from inflicting pain and suffering on others. To be classified as a disorder, person has to reflect his behaviour on nonconsenting persons or be personally troubled by their urges and fantasies.
Sexual masochism disorder
Intense arousal from being made to suffer, being beaten and humiliated. To be classified as a disorder, the sexual urges must cause significant personal impairment or distress.
Hypersexuality
And excessive Sextro that leads people to continually pursue sexual encounters despite negative repercussions. Currently no DSM diagnosis.
Courtship disorders
Disturbance of one or more phases of developing partner to sexual activity. Individuals lack the proper social skills to approach sex in a consenting manner.
What are the five courtship disorders?
Voyeuristic disorder, exhibitionistic disorder, telephone scatologia, frotteuristic disorder, and biastophilia.
Voyeuristic disorder
Intense sexual arousal from observing an unsuspecting person who is naked. There is a high number of voyeurs in the clinical and the general population. Necessary part of a voyeur’s satisfaction comes from seeing the forbidden and the fear of getting caught.
