A nonbinding presidential agreement made with another head of state in which both sides agree to carry out a particular action.
Executive Agreement
Annual speech, given by the president before a joint session of the House and Senate, which establishes the president’s legislative agenda
State of the Union
The automatic veto of a bill if the president leaves it unsigned for ten days during a congressional adjournment
Pocket Veto
Allows the president to veto part of a bill without vetoing the entire bill

Has the important task of preparing the nation’s annual budget for Congress as well as coordinating policy among departments.
