Important components that specify have each exercise is to be performed
Acute variables
A purposeful system or plan put together to help an individual achieve specific goals
Program design
One complete movement of a single exercise
Repetition “rep”
A group of consecutive repetitions
Set
And individuals level of effort, compared with their maximum effort, which is usually expressed as a percentage
Training intensity
The speed in which each repetition is performed
Repetition tempo
The time taken to recuperate between sets
Rest interval
Amount of physical training performed with in a specified period
Training volume
The number of training sessions performed during a specified. Usually one week
Training frequency
The timeframe of a workout or the length of time spent in one phase of training.
Training duration
The process of choosing appropriate exercise for a clients program
Exercise selection
The specified outline, created by a fitness professional to meet the clients goals, that to you tell the form of training, length of time, future changes, and specific exercise to be performed
Training plan
Generalize training plan that spans one year to show when the client will progress between phases
Annual plan
Generalized training plan that spans one month and shows which phase will be required each day of the week
Monthly plan
Training plan of specified workouts that spans one week and shows which exercise are required each day of the week
Weekly plan
