Gavrilo Princip was at the parade for the arch Duke,and the Duke and his wife are in the car. He threw a bomb at them and missed injuring and killing multiple people. The archduke felt bad, so he turned around to see if the people were OK. Gavrilo then shot him and his wife multiple times. Killing both. Austria was angry because Gavrilo was Serbian and they declared room war on Serbia. Russia was an hour of Serbia, so they went to aid them. Everyone got involved in the war and they started fighting because Austria would not settle with Russia.
