Tidal Volume
The volume of air exhaled and inhaled during normal, relaxed breathing
Residual Volume
The volume of air left in the lungs after you force out all the air that you can
Vital Capacity
The maximum volume of air that can be inhaled or exhaled

The motion of a substance from an area where there is a lot of the substance to an area where there is less of that substance
Interstitial Fluid
The fluid found in the spaces around the cells of an organism
Innate Immunity
The immunological defense that is the same for all pathogens
Acquired Immunity
The immunological defense that is targeted at a specific pathogen
Antibody
A protein that is designed to fight a specific antigen
