What are wild mushrooms?
Species that live together on a tree or close to a tree.
How do you clean mushrooms?
- For wild mushrooms, clean them with a brush or a damp cloth to remove moss, twigs, insects, and sand
- For cultivated mushrooms, do not wash, as they are 94% water.
