White blood cells.
Only complete cell in the blood. Perform diapedesis, help with immunity.
What are Erythrocytes? What is their job?
Red blood cells.
Ferry oxygen. They are bags if hemoglobin.

Hematopoiesis
What are platelets? What is their major role?
Platelets are a type of megakaryocyte. Major roll is clotting/ coagulation.
What common type is stem call do all formed elements in the blood arise from?
Hemocytoblasts found in the red bone marrow.
What is a reticulocyte?
A young red blood cells (erythrocyte)
What is the correct term for stoppage of bleeding? What are its three major phases?
Stoppage of bleeding is called hemostasis. It’s three phases are vascular spasm, platelet plug formation, coagulation.
