What is the difference between medium and channel?
The medium is the form a message takes.
The channel is the system used to deliver the message.

The process of How Audiences Respond to Messages
Audiences are better able to respond when :
- They Remember the message to act- make memorable through “you approach”
- Must be able to respond as you wish- should be literally capable of responding the way you want the/ do the action you want
- Must be motivated to respond- the message should prompt them to respond positively.
What is the social communication model?
Method of communication that is interactive, conversational and open to all to participate.
