What are KPIs
KPIs ae key performance indicators, they are used to measure success and productivity of an organisation they are also used to motivate staff
What are ethical standards
Ethical standards are seen as the right thing to do
they include HARASSMENT - behaviour that isn’t wanted that itimidates, offends or creates an uncoftabel environment
SEXUAL HARASSMENT- is unwanted sexual advances, requests for sex or unwanted sexual advances eg. staring comments about a persons private life
SEXUAL ABUSE- not wanted sexually can be emotional, physical or verbal
PHYSICAL ABUSE- any contact with the intent to injure, harm or cause physical suffering eg hitting punching
CLIENT INSTRUCTOR RELATIONSHIPS-unethical relationship, client comes first
CHEATING- scoring, doping
INCLUSIVE/NON-DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES- include everyone
BULLYING- abuse that is repeated acts trying to get power over someone
CHILD PROTECTION-every child has the opjputunty to live and thrive in a productive life

SPECIFIC MEASURABLE ATTAINABLE REALISTIC TIMELY
What is a parameter
PARAMETERS MEANS COMING UP WITH A CONSISTENT APPROACH OR WAY TO DO THINGS THIS IS IMPORTANT IN AN ORGANISATION SO THAT EVERYONE KNOWS HOW THINGS ARE MEANT TO BE DONE AND THERE IS CONSISTENCY IN THE WORKPLACE
what factors affect the achievement of work objectives
IT IS IMPORTANT TO IDENTIFY AND BE AWARE OF FACTORS THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR ORGANISATIONS ABILITY TO ACHIEVE WORK OBJECTIVES (GOALS).
SOME FACTORS INCLUDE:
BUDGET CONSTRAINTS - do you have enough money to complete the task
COMPETING WORK DEMANDS- ability to mange tasks
ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS (TIME, WEATHER)
RESOURCE & MATERIAL AVAILABILITY- financial/money, physical/ equipment and human- ratios
TECHNOLOGY/EQUIPMENT BREAKDOWNS- can affect efficanciy if a computer broke down how would you send email
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES- damage to facilities strikes

a business plan is a set of goal and a plan to achieve them
What should a business plan include
a business plan should include executive summary - summarises objectives, revenue
Company description - what the company does, what it manufactures
the market- target audience for you product
competitors- who you compete against for sales
marketing and sales plan - how your company creates revenue
risks-potential risks that could occur
operational plan - what staff, equipment, facilities re needed and what do you currently have
income plan- costs, revenue outgoings
exit sratergy- how to sell business

team participation is how well a team cooperates together

sales targets is a value or number of amount of products you have to sell
