1. Assessment - assessing/gathering client’s basic information such as nutrition, energy/metabolic demand, lifestyle changes
2. Evaluation - evaluating the client and seeing what he/she needs nutritionally and supplementation. objective assessment of the data and subject assessment of the client themselves.
3. Intervention - Active SMART goal settings done together with the client (intervening and setting achievable goals, targets
