What is the inner core
A
The inner core is solid due to pressure from the earth. It is the centre of the earth and is very hot

A
The outer core is not as solid as the inner core. It’s the layer outside of the core but under the mantle.

A
The mantle is between the crust and the outer core. It is more molten the closer it gets to the earth

The crust is broken up into plates and is the part of the earth where we live?

What causes the plates to move?
A
Plates move due to convection currents in the mantle.
