Increases your risk of getting heart disease

A
A fatty substance made from saturated fats by the liver

A
When fat deposits line the artery walls meaning the heart receives less blood and oxygen which weakens it

A
Reduce cholesterol levels by stopping the enzyme which makes cholesterol from working.

- Reduces cholesterol
- Cheap to make
- Prevents 2000 early deaths
- Prevents 10000 strokes and heart attacks

- Healthy lifestyle is better than using statins

- Could be used instead of exercise (exercise is better)
