Growth is the change in size while development is the change in skills over time.

Physical, Intellectual, emotional, and social are the four different domains of Child development

What is the difference between indirect and direct observations?
Direct is watching the child in their natural environment while indirect observations is information that you gather from outside sources.

Observing carefully.

What happened during the Marshmallow Experiment?
Some children sat still waiting for the second one. A couple children looked at the marshmallow for a couple minutes and then decided to take small bites or just eat it. Very few children did not eat it and they got the other marshmallow as promised.
