2 determine whether shaping is most appropriate procedure

4 choose the shaping steps

7 move through shaping steps at a proper pace

A

Target exercise 4 hours a day, reinforcement is favorite food
1 walk for 15 minutes a day
2 go on treadmill for 30 minutes a day
3 go on treadmill and do bench presses for an hour
4 lift weights for two hours a day
5 lift weights ,bench press, and go on treadmill for three hours a day
6 exercise for hours a day
