Must consist of 2 CPC trained members
Perform actual search rescue and removal of victims
Any clues ,signs reported to CPC unit officer immediately
Both members must be equips with ht
Buddy system at all times
One leaves both leave
If one member goes down the other member must leave area immediately

Sole purpose is to rescue and remove entry team members if need arises
