Top Management: Set policies, ensure supervisor training, and make OH & S concern part of the organizational culture and strategy
Supervisor: Know about OH & S laws, safety regulations, detecting safety violations, communication skills
Employee: Protect their own health and safety. Wear protective clothing and equipment; Follow rules, report any contravention of the law or regulations
