Cons:
- Children tend to be socially incompetent due to little verbal exchange
- Children tend to be more aggressive
Pros:
- Encourages independence while setting them boundaries
- Could lead to feelings of security
- Children may be more cooperative, kind, etc; prosocial

- Little care about a child’s life; no part in it and unaware
- Children could develop bad social skills and act out OR become quiet and sad

A
- Parents are highly involved in a child’s life
- Do not place many restrictions for their kids
- Could lead to bad social skills
- Children may not respect others because they don’t learn due to lack of direction from parents
