Q

During the supine draw-in exercise (centering), what joints should there be NO movement of? And what do movement of these joints indicate?

A

During drawing in, there should be NO movement of the pelvis, low back, or rib cage.

If they move, that indicates = activation of rectus abdominis AND an inability to activate the TVA in an ISOLATED manner!
