Overstates or understates the true performance of one or more groups.
Flynn effect
When each generations IQ becomes greater than the previous making test makers create harder tests.
Norms
Descriptions of how frequent various scores occur
Reliability
The repeatability of a tests scores
Standardization
A process of evaluating the questions, establishing rules for administering a test, and interpreting the scores.
Test-retest reliability
The correlation between the scores a first test and a retest
Validity
Degree to which evidence and theory support the interpretations of test scores for its intended purposes.
Aptitude
Ability to learn, or fluid intelligence
