oral candidiasis signs of symptoms

A

adherent creamy white plaques on the buccal, gingival, or lingual mucosa are seen. May be painful. Lesions may be few and asymptomatic, can occur spontaneously if recently had antibiotics, coticosteroids, or HIV infection

vulvovaginitis, thick, odorless, cheesy discharge with intense pruritus. Vaginal and labia are erythematous and swollen. Outbreaks more frequent before menses

pronounced erythema with sharply defined margin and satellite lesions, Pustules, vesicles, papules. or scales. Weeping, eroded lesions are common

A

Oral: nystatin, clotrimazole. Skin: nystatin, amphotericin B, imidazole, hydrocortisone. Vaginal: clotrimazole, iconazole, triazoles, nystatin suppositories and creams, oral fluconazole. Renal: Amphotericin B. Systemic: Amphotericin B, flucytosine, fluconazole, itraconazole
