Examples of Communication Systems
Base Station, Mobile Radios, Portable Radio, Repeators, Cell, Telemetry
Two way radios at a fixed site (hospital, dispatch center )

Radio Medical Report
What is the first info you give to hospital personnel?
Verbal Report

Introduce patient name, summaries info you gave through radio, point out updates if any.

Chief complain, History that was not given preciously, additional treatment given en route, additional vital signs taken en route
