physical: injury / threat caused childs caregiver
signs: injuries (burns, bruises) wear clothes to hide injuries fear adults malnourished cant explain injuries disruptive, lacks affections
sexual: touching / intercourse without consent
signs: stained / bloody clothing pain / itching genital areas weightloss / gain decrease school performance talks sex alot withdraw, run away
emotional: degrade, breakdown, unsupportive
signs:
unhappy (smile little)
aggresive / disruptive
shy / withdrawn

- change behaviour (aggresive, anxious, withdrawn)
- rapid weightloss / gain
- frequent late / absent school
- lack energy / fall asleep
- attention seeking behaviour
- unclean / dirt to school

- unhappy (smiles, laughs little)
- inappropriate clothing for weather conditions
