This is an extortion scheme in which a woman places a selected victim in a comprising position (nude, in bed, in a hotel room) and then victimizes him by demanding money. Next, her male accomplice breaks in and pretends to be an outraged husband threatening violence, scandal, or the like. The harassment of the victim is the key to the success of this scheme. It has been successful over the years with only minor changes.
